Monica Sneakers Tell You BAPE celebrates 30th birthday with adidas Campus collaboration

This year, A BATHING APE officially ushered in its 30th birthday. To celebrate the occasion, the legendary streetwear brand has teamed up with the Three Stripes for another collaboration, bringing the STA logo to the much-loved campus.

The announcements shared via IG, accompanied by animations, were almost as exciting as the news itself, sharing little of what actually happened visually. However, images of a pair of Replica BAPE x adidas Campus 80s did surface earlier this month. While it has yet to be confirmed if this is what was actually released, the hashtag hidden beneath the reveal title does lend some credibility to the leak.

Unlike images that have surfaced recently, the Replica BAPEx adidas Campus 80s does pay homage to the Japanese brand's 30th anniversary, with the milestone written in black on a navy suede tongue. Elsewhere, the rest of the upper features the same colors and materials, with the iconic "STA" logo and "A BATHING APE" stamp layered along the sides in White and Gold respectively. The logo on the heel and the added double headband also appear to be gold plated.

At the time of writing, Replica BAPE has only confirmed a release date: April 1, 2023. While we wait for more information, get an early look at what's likely to be released next month.
