Launched in a variety of colorways and themes for its 40th anniversary, the model is now getting a spicy twist. The sneaker's upper is comprised of leather, mesh and suede, opting for a red and yellow gradient sole that covers the toe and sides, while also appearing on the NIKE-branded heel overlay. Cream leather overlays are then added throughout, including the Replica Nike Swoosh logo on the sides and laces. An Anniversary Edition tongue tag is added to the green tongue, which is also used for the inner insole. A pepper pattern is then placed on the lower ankle to complement the design, as a cream rubber midsole and rubber outsole are added underneath to complete the new variation.
