Monica Sneakers Tell You History of Nike's Layered Logos on the Air Force 1 Low
Over the decades, the Replica Nike Air Force 1 Low has undergone several changes since its debut in 1983. As part of the 40th anniversary of Bruce Kilgore's original high-top design, the low-top model appears in a handful of striking ensembles, featuring the latest archival logos on the insole, tongue top, silhouette and spine .
Various shades of "white" dominate the design designed for basketball, with a tinge of yellow through the often imitated sole unit, creating an "aging" aesthetic. The jewel swoosh is superimposed on the standard logo on the sides, while various different branding accents appear on the other aforementioned components and areas. Lace dubraes opted for a "metallic gold" finish, a departure from earlier silver styles; the eyelet closet at the top of the tongue followed suit. The deep red accents add a vibrant logo to certain parts of the Replica Nike Air Force 1, along with the text on the insole and the traction area underfoot, which doesn't look exactly plain, but it's still fresh.
The brand has yet to reveal an exact release date for Nike.com, but that could change soon. In the meantime, enjoy the official images of the pair ahead.
