Do I need to have an account to order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:

What if I forgot my password?

On the login page, click “Lost password?” and you’ll be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.


What if I typed the wrong email address?

Please contact us. We can change all your address info,shoes size and even if you want to change another shoes before shipment.


Are there any exchange rates?

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Zelle/ Cash App / Bank Transfer/ PayPal/ Alipay/ WeChat Pay/ Credit and debit cards. Cash on delivery is not supported.

How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.


Why my payment failed?

Since we sell replica shoes, you may have to contact your bank first to have them authorize your card for use on our site. 

If it still doesn't work, just contact us to do Zelle,Bank Transfer or Paypal.


How do I change or cancel my order?

Please contact our customer service within 6 hours of placing the order to cancel the order, and the non-refundable credit card fee will not be refunded. We will issue a refund to the original method of payment.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.


How do I set my shipping address?

Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead . For example, you may change letter "?" to "c".

Please contact us directly if needed.


Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

NO. Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Please put your delivery address in your residential address when placing an order, not your vacation address, because we don't know how long the customs department at the destination will hold the package.


Do you have QC before shipment?

Yes. We do quality check (QC) in about 2-4 days after order completed.😊

What is your delivery methods?

We do USPS, EMS, UPS, DHL, etc. All shipping costs are the same.

We will arrange the optimal delivery method according to the country where the customer is located to reduce the customs duty that the customer needs to pay or try to avoid paying it.


When will my order arrive?

The delivery time depends on when you confirm the quality check (QC). We will ship as soon as we see that you have checked QC and clicked OK.

The possible transit time after the shoes have been shipped is 8-25 days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities in your country. 


Did not receive the package.

Pls just contact your LOCAL POST with your tracking number. (get it on the QC link) 

Complain to them that you have not received the package, let them handle your package loss case, and issue you a package loss certificate, send us the case number and certificate of the accepted case, and we will help you apply for a claim.
