As a wholesaler and retailer, Monicasneaker maintains long-term business relationships with our customers is our top priority.

After successfully placing an order, we will confirm the order information with the customer within 24 hours, and arrange a quality check (QC) for the customer within 2-4 days. When we send you a QC link,you just need to enter your email address in,then you can check. (If you're not satisfied with QC, click failure there and then we will change a new pair for you again.🤝)

(Note: We don't work on weekends, but you can place an order, and we will confirm the information with you on Monday, don't worry😊)

We will arrange shipment after the customer check and click"OK" for the QC.   Tracking number will be updated on QC link 4-5 days after shipment.

The possible transit time after the shoes have been shipped is 8-25 days.

The logistics do not update in real time. SO pls don't worry🙏

We can accept returns, exchanges, refunds or resend shoes if the following situations are encountered.

1. Receive shoes not bought by the customer

2. You did not receive the shoes due to the wrong address

(You provide the wrong address without compensation)

3. The shoes are damaged within a week

(Example: degumming, cracked soles, large stains that cannot be removed, fading/flaking paint)

4. Replace other shoes

(If the price of other shoes is higher, you need to pay the difference)

5. Unsatisfied or not suitable after receiving the shoes


1. After receiving the item, you must contact our customer service within 2 days.

2. All exchanged or returned shoes must be in their original condition, not worn, altered or washed, all accessories must be present, and all tags must be attached.

3. All shipping costs and customs duties need to be borne by you

4. If the shoes are returned, shipping charges and non-refundable credit card charges will not be refunded.

Cancel Order

1. Accidental purchases

Please contact our customer service within 6 hours of placing the order to cancel the order, and the non-refundable credit card fee will not be refunded.

2. Incorrect order information / change shoes

Don't worry, just let customer service know. If there is a price difference, it needs to be made up.

3. Also, we cannot cancel the order while it is shipped.
